2. Permitted Use & Copyright Responsibility

LeadSnap is designed as a tool for content creators to repurpose their own long-form content into short-form clips.

  • Authorization: You represent and warrant that you are the owner of, or have the necessary rights and permissions to use, any video content processed through our service.
  • Copyright Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any copyright infringement that may result from the unauthorized use of third-party content. ClipSnap does not authorize the downloading of copyrighted material without the express permission of the copyright holder.
  • Fair Use: Users must comply with "Fair Use" guidelines and the terms of service of third-party platforms like YouTube and Instagram.

3. DMCA & Copyright Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on or through the Site infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please immediately notify us at smartonboardai@gmail.com (DMCA/Copyright Agent). We will respond to all such notices, including as required or appropriate by removing the infringing material.

4. Subscription and Payments

We use Razorpay for secure payment processing.

  • Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any partially used subscription periods or unused video credits. Please evaluate the service using our Free Plan before upgrading.
  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard settings. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Payment Errors: In the event of a double-payment or technical billing error, please contact us at smartonboardai@gmail.com for a manual resolution.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

ClipSnap provides digital services and does not ship physical goods.

  • Fulfillment: All digital services (credits, premium features, and tier upgrades) are delivered instantly to your account dashboard upon successful payment confirmation by our payment gateway (Razorpay).
  • Confirmation: You will receive a payment confirmation email from Razorpay and an automated welcome/upgrade email from LeadSnap once the transaction is complete.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Download or process content for which you do not have legal authorization.
  • Use the service to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content.
  • Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates Indian Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of **India**. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in **Chennai, Tamil Nadu**.
